Event Calendar Widget started with a simple frustration: putting a decent events calendar on a website was far harder than it should be. So we built the tool we wanted — one line of code, no maintenance, and a calendar that actually looks good.
Why we built it
Every organizer, shop and creator we talked to had the same story. They had a calendar somewhere — in Google Calendar, in a spreadsheet, in their head — but getting it onto their website meant wrestling with clunky plugins, brittle iframes, or a developer’s time they didn’t have.
We thought it should be as easy as pasting a snippet. The calendar should sync from the tools people already use, speak their visitors’ language, show the right time zone, and match their brand without a single line of CSS. That belief is still what guides every decision we make.
